A private, embodied mentorship for women in midlife who are done feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their bodies. We use yoga therapy, Qigong, breathwork, and practical lifestyle design to create lasting, measurable shifts — without burnout or extreme routines.

How it works — the structure

The Core Path — 3 months (recommended)

  1. Discovery & Baseline (60–90 min) — deep intake: health history, lifestyle audit, sleep & stress map, goals. We co-design your personalised plan.

  2. Six bi-weekly 1:1 Sessions (60 min) — live coaching, movement therapy, breath practices, troubleshooting, and habit design.

  3. Daily Micro-Practices — short video/audio practices (5–20 min) tailored to your needs (body, breath, sleep ritual).

  4. Weekly Check-ins (asynchronous) — brief messages (voice or text) for accountability and adjustments.

  5. Midpoint Review (30 min) — assess progress, refine the plan.

  6. Graduation & Continuation Plan (60 min) — integrate gains into a long-term routine.

Other formats available: 1-month Starter (intensive), 6-month Mentorship (deep integration), single-session consultations.

Investment

  • 3‑Month Mentorship: USD $3,300 (payment plan available)

  • 1‑Month Starter: USD $550

  • Single 60‑min Session: USD $110

Pricing reflects bespoke protocols, clinical training in yoga therapy and qigong, and ongoing support between sessions.

A typical session

  • 5 min check-in (symptoms, sleep, energy)

  • 30–35 min movement, breath & nervous system work (recorded for you)

  • 15–20 min coaching, habit design & troubleshooting

  • 5–10 min closing practice + journaling prompt

You will receive a short recording and a clear, actionable plan after each session.

Q: I’m not flexible. Is this okay?
A: Absolutely. All practices are adapted to your body — flexibility is not required.

Q: I’m on medication / have health conditions.
A: We’ll review medical history in the intake. If needed, I’ll coordinate with your healthcare provider and adapt practices safely.

Q: What time commitment is required?
A: Expect 60–90 minutes per fortnight (live), plus 5–20 minutes daily for micro-practices.

Q: What if I miss sessions?
A: Sessions are recorded; we reschedule missed live calls within the program period when possible.
