About Fang Wei — Midlife Vitality Mentor
Before I found this path, I spent years in business, running ultramarathons and chasing success through constant motion. But it was only when I slowed down that I discovered my real work: helping others restore rhythm, rest, and relationship with themselves.
Through numerous conversations with clients, friends, and family, I saw a pattern: almost no one was sleeping well. Anxiety, hormonal shifts, overstimulation, and chronic tension had turned what should be a natural reset into a nightly struggle.
That’s when I chose to dive deeply into the study of sleep and integrate my background in yoga therapy, qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine into a holistic approach to healing.
Today, I support women in midlife — especially those navigating menopause — to reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their rest, and feel whole again.
✨ My approach is simple but powerful:
Movement rooted in rhythm, not force
Breath as medicine
Awareness as a tool for lasting change
A balance of playfulness and steadiness
And always, deep respect for the complexity of being human
If you’re facing fatigue, insomnia, emotional shifts, or simply seeking a return to center—
🌿 I’m here. Not to fix you, but to help you remember what your body already knows.
Gratitude to My Teachers
My path has been shaped by the wisdom of many teachers who generously shared their knowledge and guidance.
I have trained in Yoga Therapy, Qigong, and Menopause Yoga, and I continue to learn from both ancient traditions and modern science. Their teachings live through my work, and I am grateful to carry these practices forward with integrity and respect.
